The King We Need

Palm branches cannot replace true faith. Jesus enters as the promised King, not to perform our agenda, but to save us through humility, suffering, and love.
Law: We want a King who solves our problems quickly and confirms our preferences. When Jesus comes differently than we expect, we drift toward disappointment or resistance.
Gospel: Jesus is the King who comes for sinners, not spectators. He receives “Hosanna” and keeps walking toward the cross to truly save.
