Big Idea
Christian growth is not self-improvement. It is abiding in Jesus. His Word cleanses, His love holds, and His Spirit bears fruit through forgiven sinners.
Law: We try to produce “fruit” by pressure, comparison, and performance. We drift toward either pride or despair.
Gospel: Jesus joins you to Himself. He prunes to heal. He gives His love as the source, and His Spirit bears fruit that lasts.
